Hello! How are you? I was just thinking about you the other day and just wanted to say hi and thank you.
Thank you for your assistance in finding the right residence in a good community, but thank you also for your patience, understanding, and support as we went through our buy versus rent scenario and the issues surrounding the condition of the house.
The kids have settled in so well and I know that is largely based on being comfortable in their home, their neighborhood and their school. We have signed them both up for a hockey team and they are loving it. We just registered them for a power skate class as well, since they only began to ice skate a couple of weeks ago.
Thanks again. You might say you were only doing your job, but I would say you did it with such responsiveness and service that for us in a strange country, made all the difference in the world.

Deciding to purchase a new home can be very exciting! Looking for a new home can also be very exciting and stressful! Given our work schedules, Sunday was usually the only day we had to drive around looking at areas under development, going through model homes, and speaking to real estate agents. There just didn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to do all this. To save some of this precious time, we turned to the Internet!
www.durhamnewhomebuilders.com provided a vehicle to find information on new homes in Durham Region. From there, we were able to link into various builders websites. www.delta-rae.com was one of them. Delta-Rae Homes website allowed 24-hour access to information about the builder. We were able to view photographs, floor plans, and features of the various models.
The highlight of this website is the option to take a virtual tour through two of their homes! They offer an extensive range of standard features and numerous upgrades to choose from. Visiting the models, we were able to see the attention to detail and experience excellent customer service from Delta's professional and Courteous Sales Representative, Dan Goldsmith, with his in-depth knowledge of New Homes and friendly approach, made what normally is a stressful experience into an enjoyable and educational experience.
With the Web Sites and Dan Goldsmith approach to customer service , we recommend anyone out there who is looking for a home to visit the websites above and call Dan Goldsmith!
Three months have gone by since we moved in and, thanks to Dan Goldsmith & Delta-Rae Homes, we are living in our dream home!
